We recently engaged Dave from Esco
Driving Services for a Roundtrip to
Midway Airport (MDW). We were
traveling with two suitcases, two cats
in crates and the departure time was
very early in the morning. All
communication from/with Dave was
thoroughly professional, kind and
prompt. He arrived early and texted
us immediately. Dave helped us with
our bags, offered us water bottles
and had nice music playing in the
car. The car was a comfortable,
clean, oasis of calm. Nearly two
weeks later, the return trip home
from MDW was provided by his
wonderful colleague, Blanca.
Blanca also was thoroughly
professional, kind and prompt. We
appreciated her patience with
Southwest Airlines' ever-changing
arrival times on the day she picked
us up at MDW. Her car was also
clean and comfortable and the

I had an excellent experience with Esco Driving Services. Dave (the owner) responded to all communications in a timely manner. He also worked quickly to address my concerns about securing a driver with a vehicle that could accommodate my mobility challenges. Drivers for both my airport pick-up and drop-off arrived on time and texted to let me know when they were approaching my location.
