Standard car service cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund, which will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation has been placed. Cancellations within 24 hours before the service will be charged in full.
With regards to airport pickup services, in case of any flight cancellation a 100% refund will apply, even if it happens within 24 hours prior to the service.
Limo, Black Premium SUV, or Black Sedan service cancelled at least 7 days prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund, which will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation has been placed. Cancellations within the 7-day period before the service will be charged in full.
10-55 passenger Shuttle Van, Mini Bus, and Motor Coach Bus service cancelled at least 7 days prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund, which will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation has been placed. Cancellations within the 7-day period before the service will be charged in full. 30% non-refundable deposit required for 25-55 passenger Mini Bus and Motor Coach Bus service requests.
